Lifetime Family Dental is dedicated to providing the highest quality dental care possible, and a large part of that mission involves making sure that your dental treatment plan fits within your budget. Therefore our reasonable costs are invoiced and due on the date of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

PATIENT BILLING:

We want to make the payment process as simple as possible for our patients, so we offer multiple methods for you to take care of your bill. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, and you can even pay online. You will receive a monthly statement, and we appreciate your prompt payment for our services.

Please remember that regardless of your insurance coverages, all fees incurred and charged by Lifetime Family Dental are your full responsibility.  We are always available to discuss your accounts and clear up any confusion concerning the bill itself or how your insurance will reimburse you. INSURANCE REIMBURSEMENTS:

Our administrative staff is experienced and up-to-date with insurance companies and their processes. They will make sure that the coverage and payment options are explained clearly and the relevant documents are prepared and submitted properly.

Most insurance companies respond to claims and reimburse for treatments and procedures within four to six weeks. Your subsequent monthly statements should reflect those changes, but it is important that you contact our offices if your insurance payments have not been included within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. We fully appreciate your immediate payment of that balance.

If you are a new patient and are concerned about coverage, it is recommended that you contact our administrative staff to talk about your questions and concerns. Although financial concerns may tempt you to make treatment plan choices based only on what your insurance will pay, your oral health should always be the deciding factor. To fast track reimbursement, please bring your dental coverage information with you on your first visit.
